When the elastic body is deformed by force, the resistance strain gauge also deforms along with it. In the process of bending of the elastic body under force, two strain gauges are stretched, the metal wire becomes longer, and the resistance value increases; the other two pieces are pressed, the resistance value decreases. This causes the original balanced bridge to be unbalanced, and a voltage difference is generated at both ends of the bridge. This voltage difference is proportional to the force of the elastic body. By detecting this voltage difference, you can get the gravity of the sensor. After the voltage signal is detected by the meter and then calculated, the corresponding weight value can be obtained.

The load cell is divided into four-wire system and six-wire system. The difference is that the six-wire sensor has two more feedback wires (SEN+ and SEN-). These two wires are used for compensation. When the distance between the modules is far, the two wires will be compensated to make the measurement result more accurate.

When the loaded weight is a rated load of 50Kg, the output signal is 2.000mv/v times 10V times 1=20mv, and when the loaded weight is 25KG, it outputs 10mv.
In the automated electrical system, the signal of the load cell is generally collected by the PLC or the acquisition card. The PLC and the acquisition card collect the standard analog signal, so when using the selected load sensor, it is necessary to select the transmitter BSQ-RM to output the simulation. The display control instrument PH50-A can be selected to realize the control communication function.
